Please note that CP Thread items are sold exclusively as custom, embellished pieces (no blank resale), contain no restricted graphics or unauthorized branding, and are eligible for sale and delivery within North America only.

1. The Production Window

Every CP Thread piece is made to order and embroidered with care. A dedicated production window is required before your items can ship.

  • Standard Timeline: All custom orders are stitched and processed within 7–14 business days. Our studio does not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Variable Timelines: True artistry takes time. Production windows may vary depending on the product type, embroidery complexity, and current order volumes. Peak seasons may require additional processing time.
  • High-Volume Delays: If we experience an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your piece meets our premium quality standards. If there is a significant delay in the creation of your order, we will reach out to you directly via email or telephone.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Dispatch: Your order will ship out immediately once the custom production process is fully complete.
  • Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines vary based on your destination and the carrier service.
  • No Guaranteed Dates: While we make every effort to complete and ship orders promptly, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as carrier backlogs or unforeseen transit circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The moment your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CP Thread is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages, Losses, and Claims

While we take absolute precision in crafting your design, CP Thread is not liable for any products damaged or lost once they leave our hands and enter transit.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
